How Tall is Mini-step?

Hello Cathe!

I have a mini-step made of wood that I have been using for PS Series. I am wondering how tall the mini-step is that is used in the Intensity series?

Hi Debbie! 14 inches. We adjusted our mini steps to a height that put our knee at a 90 degree angle when our foot was placed on top of the step.
