How sick is this?

I got up this morning (at 4am mind you), all excited because today was my "easy" day in the January rotation. Imax3 has become the EASY day! I just laughed at myself, because I was really pumped-up for it today. Had a great workout and the day has started off terrific. Hope everyone else has a great day!

Vickie, I was up at 4 a.m. too but while IMAX3 has become doable for me without modifications, NOT AT 4 A.M.!! I'm not an early exercise and only did it because I wouldn't have time this evening. But yes, I agree, a one hour w/o was very nice after our maranthon w/o's this week!!!
 
Oh, I hear ya! Used to be 5K was a good run for me. Now it's just a warm-up:)

And when I do a one hour workout, I always think "okay, what can I tack onto the end of this?".

Yes, we're truly ill:p
 
LOL ladies. I am not doing the January rotation as I don't have a death wish ;) but I certainly know what you all mean! My work outs are always over an hour these days...FUN FUN!}(

So if we are all working out like crazy, we should all look like super models, right? ;)

How I wish all my workouts could be over an hour!!! During the week, I feel lucky for the hour routines, and sometimes I squeeze in a few abs afterwards. But let me tell you, I make up for it on weekends! Just think - a half hour workout used to be HARD. Life is so good now.

How on earth do you people work out at 4 am? I'm an early morning person for brain stuff, but not physical stuff. I tried it over Christmas break and it totally messed me up!
