It depends on what you're trying to accomplish. If you are trying to build strength, you might want to do less, if you are trying to lose weight, you might want to do more. I generally include 3 or 4 cardio sessions a week along with weight training. It really depends on what your goals are.
Right now I do not have heavy weights so I bought low max. I was thinking about getting Imax (don't know which one yet) because it has not weights. What you are saying is that I can use all those vids for cardio? When I do weights do I have do do any cardio or just weights? IF I do some cardio (like the firm) does it still count as weights or cardio? Thanks again
