For the levitation holds, Cathe says that just attempting to do them is good enough and will still work the core ... but it's true, something to look forward to working up to.
I like Core Max because it's 15-20 of ab work, unlike the shorter ab segments at the end of regulular workouts. And, I love it because you get a stability ball and a weighted workout...I wish Cathe would do more core workouts like that, and maybe have them be 10 minutes each.
