How Often Do you Use Coremax?

I use Core Max weekly. I will either do a segment after a run or by itself followed by Stretch Max or Total Body Stretching. I think segment 3 is my favorite. I love using the medicine ball to work my abs. Core Max has whipped my abs into shape!! :7
 
For the levitation holds, Cathe says that just attempting to do them is good enough and will still work the core ... but it's true, something to look forward to working up to.

I like Core Max because it's 15-20 of ab work, unlike the shorter ab segments at the end of regulular workouts. And, I love it because you get a stability ball and a weighted workout...I wish Cathe would do more core workouts like that, and maybe have them be 10 minutes each.
 
I try to use Coremax twice a week, but almost always mangage at least one. This is the one Cathe workout that DH will use consistently (he actually does 2 week, every week), but I've never been able to get him to do the premixes.

I love the Tough Core premix as it's quick and dirty. }( This is a great core workout no matter what way you look at it.
