How Much is too Much?

Hi, I am a new memeber on this! I was just wondering how much is too much for exercisers? I am only 16 years old and I exercise for at least 1 hour a day, 6 times a week, with cardio and 1-3 times a week for weight lifting.
I am also wanting to do track this year and want to know the best workouts and rest periods I should perform to get to my peek performance with track. I would love for anyone's suggestions! :)
