<--did HSC for the first time (received it Friday) and the PLB (up only)
<--didn't find HSC too terribly *hard* per se, but was completely drenched in sweat when finished!!!!

<--hopes to check in before leaving for the airport tomorrow morning after work!

<--is very proud of Nancy's 2 lb (thinks she should be proud as well after all that lobster!) after the Carnivore Cruise
<--hopes that <--only gains 2 lbs when <--is gone!!!
<--is taking running/cross-training shoes along and is going to try to get some workouts in as well!
<--always plans for them, but just never seems to get them done
<--really thinks that <--will need them this trip when dealing with psycho SIL!!!
