Cathe,
I am 44 yrs old and have been running for about 25 years. Until I was 30, I ran 30 miles a week and have tapered to 18-24 miles a week. I usually run 6 miles every other day and I do your routines on the alternating days. I am getting burned out by running though. I have this sick "addiction" to running. I feel like the running is what keeps me thin so I am hesitant to cut down anymore, even though I am really tiring of it. I was just curious how much you run and if you think the aerobic benefits of your workouts are similar to those of running. Thanks for any input.
