How much cardio do you do?

I read where a person has to get in at least an hour of cardio six days a week to really see muscle definition. I only do cardio three or four times a week along with my strenghth training. I'm curious to know how much everyone else does??
 
I'd like to say 6 days a week but often times I only do 4-5 days a week. Too many things to do.

I do cardio about 6x per week. Some of it is short though before a weight workout. I do 4 days 50 minutes or so and 2 days about 30 minutes of cardio.

Ah, so that's why I don't have much definition! LOL.

I feel fortunate when I get 45 min a day 4 days a week these days, not counting weight workouts. I used to be able to do 60 minutes 5 days a week, but then life kicked back in and I had to pay attention to that instead. :(
 
I get at most 3 days of exercise a week - 2 hrs a pop - but that is divided up b/w cardio & weightlifting. So I get about 3 hrs cardio/ 3 hrs weight training a week. I smoosh more into my sessions since I don't do something everyday. Have to with a toddler under foot!

I am currently doing a rotation that calls for straight cardio for 40-60 mins 2x per week, 20-30 mins after weight training 2x per week and 20-30 mins additional after a circuit work out 2x per week.
 
Anybody see the article in the new Fitness RX (which is devoted this month to the dreaded topic of cellulite)? This article says that while diet and exercise can't get rid of cellulite it makes it more manageable or less noticeable. Ready? It says you've got to do
60-90 minutes of cardio a day 5-6 days a week to make a dent (or make a dent disappear). Then it also talks about the weight training, interval training, etc. That's A LOT of cardio!

usually my cardio depends on what my rotation entails. some weeks i might do a full body workouts 3 days a week so on the opposite days i do 60mins of cardio(3-4 days). other weeks when i do body part splits i do 30-45 cardio(4-5). right now with me not up and up on the cardio b/c of my move and my knees i am aiming for at least 30 mins. of low-moderate impact for 4-5 days. doing alot of tae-bo b/c there is not much jumping.

Probably too much cardio, but I REALLY enjoy it! 6 days a week: 2 runs (45-60") depending on circumstances. 2 Spinning Sessions with Coach Troy (45-60" depending on which DVD). Talk about blasting cellulite - after starting these videos my legs have responded remarkably! 2 Cathe videos - a choice of Lomax, Imax3 or Kickmax. I also go to a gym and hop on the elliptical machines at will for 40" a couple of times a week. Geez, like I said, I really enjoy cardio!
