Hey everyone. I'm new to this forum and new to using cathe's workout dvds. I bought the step kit from Target the other day and I just tried to do it today. Can you guys tell me how long it took you guys to get the aerobics steps down. I do not know how many times I had to stop and rewind it back and replay, so on and so forth. Hopefully I'll get them suckers down.
 
Welcome to the forums!! As for getting the step routines down, for a new step video, I like to preview the workout and practice it the day before and try to get most of the moves down before I do the actual workout, so that I dont waste time during my workout trying to figure it out. You will get them down in no time, just keep practicing. Believe me, you will feel like you can conquer the world after you have mastered one of Cathe's videos!! Good Luck to you!
 
Welcome! Don't worry, you'll catch on! One thing that I had to do on several of her's is to watch/walk through on 1/2 speed. One of the best things about Cathe is that she builds up the combos from the basics, but then your body will recognize the moves and steps once you've mastered them and you'll be able to pick up a bit faster on some of her other workouts!
 
If you're new to Cathe, it will take a few times before you get it. But mistakes still burn calories, so don't worry about it. Once you get used to her, new workouts are very easy to master. Even when she does new steps, they are not too hard to get.
 
I think i did a go back on lo-max my 1st step w/o at least a 100 times. Now her cueing is pretty easy.
