Hello.... there are a few of us... but not many, at least, that show up on these boards. I like Cathe purely for hte intensity of her workouts. I have not met anyone else that makes me sweat as hard. I'm sad to say, but on some of the weight training videos she actually uses more weight than me! The shame x(

I am one of the male Cathe fans.I have not posted lately but I have been a faithfull follower for years.I originally started with the weight training tapes but I now have mastered all the step tapes.My current faouvrite series is the Terminator complitation especially The Gauntlett with heavy weights.Cathe is the best trainer in the industry.I have found few men who equal her intensity.I also am a big Mindy fan.I am looking foward to the new series.I hope there are more men involved.

I love seeing all you guys here. I think it's great and wish Cathe would use males in her vids every time. Also, wanted to add...my hubby loves Cathe's tapes, mainly, her strength tapes as her choreo is too complex for him but he does love CTX-Kickbox and also Bootcamp. (Easy choreo in those two!) Trevor, sorry to hear about your sickness. I had no idea. Hope you are on the way to recovery. Good to "see' you back. Good boy! Ha!

No problem there. I have had blonde hair my whole life. Also we have a yellow lab, actually very light yellow, and when I think of Labs I think of that color.
