Im just finishing my first week, and OMG! this is a toughie.. This is much more intense then August Boot camp. Today I was doing Imax 3 and at the end of the first 5 intervals I had to stop because I felt really shakey and sick feeling. I thought I better eat and then finsh the rest after. Is this still effective to have split it up this one time? Also, just interested in how many of you gals completed this rotation!! Lori

I am almost done with the third week. I found the first week to be the most challenging, and subsequent weeks not as bad. I think because there is a little more weight work and I prefer weights to cardio.

I completed it with maybe a tweak or two. I found it tough the first week, too, but maybe it was more because I had gotten really inconsistent with cardio over the holidays. I guess that's why I got really into it. I needed to shave some holiday pounds off. I did make sure to eat more, especially complex carbs so my energy wouldn't fizzle out.

By all means, though, don't push anything if you feel shaky & nauseous. Do you have a a heart rate monitor? If you're feeling sick & shaky, you should slow it down or stop.

I finished it and really liked it. The first week was very hard but by the second week, it was getting a little "easier" but by no means easy!! It is a real leg burner and some days my legs really rebelled but I pushed through. I gained endurance big time through this rotation. Make sure you eat enough. The only drawback to this rotation is that you are starving all the time because of the massive calories you are burning.

Hi,

Count me in, I finished the January rotation, the first week was the toughest for me. After seeing amazing results with the January rotation, I am doing the February.

I actually just started it yesterday. I really want to get rid of a little extra "fluffiness" that is lingering in my legs and torso (why can't I ever gain through my arms/shoulders??). I'm planning on tweaking/adding in a few places. Looking forward to a challenging month!
