I am just curious what others are doing! This topic comes up over and over about how much cardio you should do, so I was just curious ladies -- how many cardio sessions do you do during an average week?
I am currently doing three 30 - 40 minute sessions per week. This is the least amount of cardio that I have ever done. I always used to do 5-6 cardio days per week and have been slowly reducing my cardio and increasing my weight training. I am surprised to say it, but if I have a really busy week and have to skip a workout, it will definitely be a cardio workout that I skip and not a weight training workout. It is fun and interesting to change things up over time!

How many days per week do you weight train / what is your schedule like? Your pictures look great! I would like to lean towards less and less cardio and you certainly inspire me to do so.
I usually do some cardio 6-7 times per week. Cardio just suits me, it feels like play and gets the internal cobwebs out like nothing else I've ever tried, it clears my head, exhilarates me and best of all lets me get away with not eating as clean as I should}(
I usually do 5-6 cardio sessions per week as a rule. For about a month recently I did just 4 but the cardio junkie in me found that to be very tough to stick to!
I chose 2 or less because I only do 2 days of pure cardio. However, I guess I could have selected 4 because 2 days I do circuit style workouts with cardio & weights.
I am currently doing one of fitnessfreak's rotations...modified a bit...her original rotation has 3 days a week of weight training and 3 of cardio/circuit...but I add at least 20 minutes of cardio to the strength days...Plus I walk my dog about 30 minutes+ a day...which I guess counts as light cardio...She's big so I have to walk fast
I picked 3, which is what I get in almost all the time. I strive for 4 or 5 days and would love to get to 6 but I am ususally tired by the 5th day. I love cardio and circuts and feel cranky if I don't exercise.
Lately I've been doing it 3x per week, usually Turbo Jam or other kickboxing-like workouts. I also walk 2 miles (brisk pace) one day a week and do one day of strength training.
