Do you think i burned off yesterday???
Kick max , then 4 hours of dragging branches and moving logs in the hot sun....
We had 2 huge trees cut down at my daughters house. We cleaned it up.
DH brought a dump and a chipper from work. Much cheaper. They wanted over 2 grand to do it and clean it up.This was 275 and they are taking the big one..
I think we got the raw end though. They cut and we drug and carried logs....
I am not even sore today.Thanks to CAthe... Bet my daughter is????
Can't keep up with us older(young) ones...

54,763 calories. Unless you wore work gloves...then maybe more since it may have contributed to an increased warmth in you core temperature.

I bet that was one shower that felt so goooooood!

Sarah , wouldn't that be nice....I could drop the extra 14 lbs in 1 day. Yes i wore gloves.
I am totally not sore. My daughter is moanin....
I told her work out...
She said i am lazy.
That is because she is a twig. Wait till it catches up with her...
Bath felt really good. I felt like a dirtballl.
What a day...
