Hi Thinkgod1! That varies per individual. You're there pretty much once you get to the point where your body predicts the moves and they don't really challenge you the way they once did. At that time you can alter your workout by frequency, intensity, or duration, to get more mileage out of it. After that switch to an entirely different workout (repeating the cycle there as well). When you come back to revisit a workout you have not done in a while, it once again let's you know it still works
I think it might be awhile til my body quits talking to me with these new workouts Cathe. My legs/hammies/glutes have been talking or should I say YELLING at me these past few weeks and it hasn't let up. I LOVE to hurt soooo good! GREAT job!!!
