Is 2 x 30 - 45 min workouts (1 AM 1 PM) just as suffiecient as 1 x 90min workout when you are aiming for 'fat" burning, or is it unique to everyone own fitness level and heart rate excertion?
My gym has started offering 30 min "express" workouts for the time concious people (this includes warmup and cooldown) and I was just wondering if this lengh of time was sufficient for Calorie burning or not.
I know any movement is better than no moment, but are the short workouts just a waste of time?
