I'd like to know how the hands are positioned on the barbell during the bent over rows (or whatever Cathe called the 1st exercises in the vid for the back). Is one hand over the other? Are both hands clamped around the BB and laced together? When I'm at the gym, I can see that this exercise is similar to cable rows. I know in the Firm (Firm Strength), they've used a towel
