How high should the club step go?

Hello to all,
I have a question about the club step. I have it and risers to elevate to 10 inches. I am adding to my Cathe collection and want to know if I will need more risers. What is the tallest height I would need. Thank you in advance. I am loving my current Cathe videos and eagerly watching for the 4 day split!

For step cardio workouts, the step only needs to be 6" or 8". The step works well as a bench at the 10" height for chest presses/flies, pullovers, and the like. In the High Step workouts, you need a step at about a 14" height. But instead of getting more risers, I would suggest just buying the High Step Topper to use with the risers you have.

for step cardio up to 6inches(one riser under each side) is fine. if you have up to 10inches then that is fine for weight workouts where you use the step as a bench and the extra gives you the ability to make incline/decline positions with the step. i don't think you need more risers though, unless you are also using the club step for leg presses and don't find the 10in. challenging. otherwise when doing cardio you don't need anything above 6in,maybe 8in for videos like low-max or other low impact workouts but even then the higher step seems to much for the knees and keep it at 6in.

Thanks for the responses. I will order the high step topper, but if I won't need higher than 10 inches for any weight workouts I have enough risers. Thanks again. Off to do Low Max....
