How do you get the most out of each workout? It seems lately that even though I'm working out regularly I don't feel that I'm getting the most out of it. I hope this make sense.
There's always great information on the boards, so I hope all you enlightened ladies will share your thoughts.

I know exactly what you mean. I know when this is happening because I find myself daydreaming during the workouts. What I try to do is focus focus focus on each body part when I am strength training and pay close attention to each movement when doing cardio. When I catch myself drifting I just drag my mind right back to the goal at hand. Also, you might be burned out? A day or two off might do the trick.
