How do I attach a picture to the body of my post?

I have the BEST pic to attach in a post on STS Forum, but I can't figure out how to get it to appear in the body of the post... anybody know how to do this?

If the photo is hosted somewhere online, I just right click on the photo, select copy, go back into my Cathe post, right click again and select paste. This should work.
