i have been doing the ps series rotation for the past two weeks, and have noticed a dramatic change in my figure. i have noticed that your abs exercises on BBA, SLA, MIS, and bodymax have been much more effective on my abs than any other strength tapes i own. would you consider doing an abs tape exclusively? how about one that is approximately one hour long, but broken up into several segments, maybe into five to ten minute segments, so they can be done on different days, or chunked into a longer workout?
