kinda like what is on body fusion(the upper and lower body add ons) and in the gym styles.

OOoohh, I love that idea! Being a traveler, I normally have to restrict my workouts quite a bit while in a hotel room (to cardio only). :)
 
I just saw the thread on 'ask Cathe' and there is a travelers workout in the near future.....cool:cool: Can't wait to see it!

Hello Cathe,

I moved to another country recently and as such have no access to my weights any more. I did bring along a dyna band and tried some exercises on the LIC workout (upper body). I think the band is fantastic and there is potential to develop and total body workout using the band. My band has strong resistance and I feel that doing it will prevent muscle loss, so when I get home to do my weights I won't be so sore.

I would definitely like to know what exercises can be done for the shoulders, back, chest and lower body using the band, so please consider a workout with premixes. Also, consider adding in exercises that uses no equipment like push ups.
