This is just a suggestion I thought of as my heart was racing at the end of a cardio premix on one of the new workouts (I think it was the Body Max 2 time saver cardio). I thought it would be nice if there was an option for me to go to a cardio cool down with Cathe and the gals instead of moving on my own for 3 minutes. I know I'm just not the best whn it comes to cooling down on my own before stretching and thought there may be others who would like this option too.
