Hot Pants? Has anybody ever heard of these?

Hello, a friend of mine was talking about these "Hot Pants" that supposedly can melt cellulite. I'm very skeptical about these things that promise "inches off". Has anybody seen them or know anything about them?

So 1970s earl 80s!! Everything old is new again. They just make you sweat and shed water.
