Yesterday I got tired of doing CTX-UB so I switched things up. For chest work, I used the idea of Cathe's GS push-ups but instead of starting with 16 reps, I started with 20 and shaved off 2 reps per set. I had to take a longer rest after the set of 12 push-ups, but I did all 110 of them on my toes. (Starting with 18 reps would've only made a grand total of 90.) Thanks for the inspiration. I call this chest workout "The Honeybunch". I yet have to do 100 in one set.

Now it's time for some Advil...

You go, Miz Pinky! I've done that same thing starting with 30's, and I think it adds up to 240 total!
