I've been meaning to post here for awhile to ask you a few more questions regarding the way you have been working your legs.

On this new program where you do standing one day, light the next, did you lose inches or just get more defined? I don't really need to lose more inches (maybe 1 if I could) but I would LOVE to have more definition.

Also, the only floor tape that I have is on PS Legs. Do you think I will be okay using that for my 3 days of floor work? I do know other exercises that I could do on the floor from tapes that I used in the past that I could rotate with.

I appreciate any input you can give me. Now the only challenge is trying to fit in all the cardio and strength that I want to...it's tough with 2 kids (age 1 and 4) and I'm also self-employed working from home--usually with my kids home with me!

I've come to the conclusion that 2 floor and 2 standing workouts are enough. Really, the most important factor is the quality of your work, make every rep count. That's tough for me unless I use machines.

I tightened up and got more defined both. But my legs are in pretty sad shape to begin with, so I needed to lose inches. I have poor circulation in one leg, so I have one heck of a time getting that leg to shape up like the "good" one.

It's always helpful to "mix up" your routines, as far as the floor work.
