Lately I've been using the BTR along with the Leaner Legs tape. This seems to work REALLY well, and is very time efficient. I get done in way less than an hour, and that included ab work.
I do this once a week, and also do a tape like Circuit Max or Power Circuit for a second leg workout. When she does her squats, lunges and all that, I hop on the BTR.
I may try this concept with Pyramid Lower Body since I got my DVD player hooked up in my workout room. Bless Radio Shack!
