Honeybunch I am mostly a lurker but I needed to tell you thank you. You really clarified something for me.
some time ago I bought the lowerbody solution book because I think it will work for me. I have muscular legs until you get to my inner and outer thighs. Well I tried to follow the book but I just can't follow a rotation.
I love how you simplified it.
I already do two standing leg workouts a week so I am now going to incorporate 2 floor workouts a week. I will try this for a month and see how it works.
I love how simply you made this. Just what I was looking for.
This way I can do whatever tapes I want and still get all my workouts in.
Oh yeah and a great reason to buy some more Cathe tapes.
I need to add Powermax and Circuitmax to my collection then I will easily be able to get in 3 days of standing leg work.

Hey, glad to help! We don't have to ever do stuff the hard way! It's the end result that counts, and if I have to spend less time getting to that end result, that's even better! I love saving time.
