After reading an earlier post I hurried and ordered my catalog. It came today and it is so great! I am leaning toward the spri value pack (Xertube, Xering, Ultra Toner, door attachment). For the price I figure I can't go wrong. My question is the color. You said you have the black which they list as elite men and women. Do you find their descriptions to be accurate? I am thinking of getting red. I am 2 mo. postpartum, so not real strong, but I want to be able to use these forever, not just a few months while building strength. I'm sure I won't use them as much as my barbell and dumbells. Your opinion please?

My opinion is to CALL SPRI PRODUCTS and ask them for their input. Their descriptions ARE accurate. I have always been very strong and love the challenge myself with heavy weights and strong resistance bands, so I started out with the blue ones. The red may work for you, but check with them. That value pack is really all you'll need, except for the book, which is excellent.

I think they should put me on their payroll for hawking their products so much!!!!;-)
