Whew! Monday is over. 
Hope everyone is getting started on the right foot. I'm a tad crabby ~ it's been 5 weeks since I've done a serious cardio workout, and I'm tired of waiting for my knees to be happy again. Of course, once I start whining about things, that's when I usually start to see improvement. Then I feel like a big baby.
Plan on getting some yoga and knee exercises in today. What's everyone else doing?
