Buon Giorno, fellow stay-at-homers!
What did you have for your "Italian" lunch?
I made a pasta dish, sautéing red onions, garlic, zucchini, red pepper, green beans (from my front-yard garden), and crimini and baby portobello mushrooms, adding some fennel seed and fresh basil (unfortunately NOT from my garden, as the basil I planted---seeds--didn't grow :-( ). Then I threw in some cooked Penne Rigati (soy) pasta and topped it all with some mushroom pasta sauce that I then stirred into it all. YUM!
