Holy moly!! Insanity Max Interval Sports

First off, I have to confess that I did not make it through the 55 minute workout in it's entirety. I know a big part of it is because I didn't eat enough breakfast before-hand. (this is one of the DVD's that came as a bonus from QVC).

It starts out soo harmless and fun and friendly then BAM!! POW!! WOMP!!kicks some major boootaayyyy! It is full-out for most of the workout. Makes me think/worry that maybe this is what we have in store for us with Cathe's new Intensity workout!! :eek::eek::eek: Have no mercy!!! Oh yeah!! Hurts soo good!

I can't wait to get Cathe's new DVD's!!

My absolute favorite workout of all time!The sport drills and variety are what do it for me. My workout ADHD does not allow for me to do workouts that have alot of repititon
 
OMG!!! I am sooo sore today!! I did a mix of shorter workouts. Believe it or not, Turbo Jam helped loosen my muscles up. So, I did part of that, part bi's & tri's, along with "floor-work (vac & mop intervals), laundry (stairs- up and down with the basket) and Pantry-clean-out!! :D:eek::rolleyes:

Finished with some light stretching and a brief yoga session.
