OK....I know there are many of us out here who LOVE our iTrain workouts. I've got the year-long Resolution Package, which allows me 3 new workouts per month for a year. You won't believe it, but I haven't bought anything new in the past 2 months, which leaves me with 6 credits to use up! GASP! Yes, I know...hanging head in shame.

So..............give me your top pick of iTread, iCycle, iWhatever recommendations!

Your top 3 choices and why (if you can narrow it down, lol)

ITread 9/60 mins

ITread 21/30 mins Intervals-They also have a 60 min intervals work out available now if you'd rather. I don't have it....YET! LOL

ITread 13/30 mins Sprints

I should have listed what I have so far. Here's my list:

Set 1, 60min
Set 4, 60min
Set 6, 60min Outdoor
Set 8, 60min
Set 11, 40min
Set 12, 45min
Set 13, 30min, Sprints (one of my faves for shorter workouts)
Set 19, 30min, Sprints (another one on the top of my list)
Set 19, 45min, Tread n Tush
Set 21, 30min, Walk Intervals
Set 23, Tag Team
Set 24, 60min, Run Intervals (like this one okay, what I do NOT like about this one is the amount of walking in it...I prefer to run the whole time)

I just answered this question on VF so I'm cutting and pasting my list. ;-)

My favorites (thay YOU don't have):
iTread 22 – 20 minutes (hill training)
iTread Set 21 Run Intervals
iTread Set 20 – 30 minutes (another great interval)
iTread Set 18 Walking Series (30 minute walk divided into 10 minute segments)
iTread Set 14 – 45 minutes (one of my all time favorites)
iTread Set 9 – 60 minutes

iBiClimb Bootcamp (super favorite - I do this all on the treadmill sometimes)
iClimb Core (I also do this one on the treadmill or elliptical)
iTri Sprints (can be done on treadmill and bike only)
Both of the other iTri workouts (set 8 and 12?)

P.S. Came back to add THE worst dog of all (to avoid at all costs, lol) is iTread iTrain Tag Team Set 18. Something went very wrong with this one....the pairing of Joseph and Keith was a mistake, lol!

Gayle, I don't have a TM, but I DO have an elliptical so I do the iClimb WO...

I like iClimb11 - Surprise - has weight work mixed in
iClimb21 - Intervals - need I say more
iClimb13 - 30min but INTENSE - great for a quick WO

The first two are 40-45min.

I don't see any reason you couldn't do these on a TM - just put the incline up high...

iTread #5 indoor marathon training. It is similar to #6 but for the TM.
