Hip rotation

I read a post under Ask Cathe where someone asked about how to reduce their hip size. One piece of advise Cathe gave was to do 200 walking lunges. Did anyone by chance see that post? If so, was she saying in a weeks time or for every leg workout?
 
I saw that post. I'm pretty sure she meant two hundred walking lunges through out the week. That's the way I read it.

Are you talking about the rotations you listed (on the Ask Cathe forum) that you're debating on doing? If so, no I've never tried them. But, if I were to pick between the two of them, I'd pick April 08.
