I'm 40 and pregnant with 2nd baby. Have been doing step aerobics for over a year now 3 - 4 days per week. Lately have been experiencing VERY sore hips. I don't think it is round ligament pain... but wondering what to do!!! Tried various stretches & hot baths, but not much seems to help But am not about to quit exercising... any suggestions welcome.
