Who has done/previewed Gym Style Legs? If you have, then you have heard Cathe say this word in it. Tee hee!
In many workouts, Cathe tells us how to position the body and sometimes she uses the word buttocks. Well, when my DH is around, and he hears it, he keeps saying "buttocks" and laughing like Beavis and Butthead for about forty minutes after. Now DS is getting in on it too.
Just thought I'd share!
BTW these are awesome workouts! I feel like the richest person in the world! I got the set of ten with the band. The band leg presses are the perfect solution to my classes at the YMCA!
We have a lot of steps, but no high steps and only enough risers for each person to have one or two. With bands (which we do have) we can do leg presses on lower heights! Why didn't I think of it? Thank God you did, Cathe!
I now teach Step 2 on Saturday morning and Step and Sculpt (half and half) on Monday evenings after work.
Watch your hiney now!
