HiIT SPIN - Pick your level ...

I'd appreciate another Spin dvd with a HiIT focus. Level 1 ~20-30 minutes with warm-up/cooldown for beginners -mostly seated with introductions for standing spin. Level 2, an additional 10-20 minute add-on segment with more standing work. Level 3 - with all out HiIT and Tabata add-ons. Then an extended stretch of ~5-8 minutes - could be a "bonus" feature. Maybe, somehow make it modifiable for use with another cardio machine like a treadmill, elipitical, rower, etc.
