I SURVIVED!!!! I am dripping head to toe with sweat, but I am in a full endorphin rush :D :D I am not a fan of IM#3, but this will be added to my rotation...loved it. I did LL first :eek:

Lorie, sorry you aren't up to snuff. Hope you feel better for your long run tomorrow. I am still trying to get enough energy for a run, it's been a busy day.

Lorie, what kind of dog do you have. He/She is so cute. We are looking for a dog but can't quite decide on a kind. I did my 6 mile run with Itrain outdoor today. It was dark by the time I got back. A shame it gets dark by 7 now. I'll check in after Tammy's killer workout.

I am thinking about taking one mroe rest day. My hip is feeling soooo much better. My foot is still the same, but I think it takes a while for PF to get better. Also, it just became my TOM this morning and that certainly doesn't make me feel like working out!

Lorie, just another question. About 4 miles into my run yesterday both my hips started hurting. I ran through it but ended up stopping after 6 miles because they hurt so bad. Now I can hardly walk and up and down stairs is not good. When I push, it feels the bone is what hurts but that wouldn't make sense. Thanks for any info. Glad you are feeling a bit better. I'll check back after church.
 
That's kind of how I felt in my left hip but I rested yesterday and it feels better. If it continues to hurt, I woudl really recommend seeing a doctor. Anti-inflammatories (like Aleve) might help as well.

I forgot that you asked about my dog in the picture. His name is Linus and he is (best guess) a terrier/poodle mix. He's amazing!

So, after all the talk on here about the IMAX3 blasts, I decided that I could not just sit around all day and had to work out. So, I did all 10 IMAX3 blasts (VERY TOUGH!) and then Get Ripped. I feel better now that I worked out. It's hard for me to take a day off when I am just sitting at home. Much easier if I am busy.
 
Hey, gals! Great workouts going on.

Today I did HIIT alternating sprints of 9.8 (45sec-55sec) and then walk a min. Did 20 minutes. That was killer. Also did heavy chest, tris, shoulders. Did this with DH. It is great to have him for a spotter and for chit chat :7 We have fun.

Staff member (I'm not sure if he was a trainer or what) stopped to chat with me during shoulders and wondered if I was an athlete or what. When I told him I was SAHM right now he was quite impressed. He seemed to be somewhat floored that I knew a lot of weight lifting lingo. lol. Not the norm for ladies at my gym. Felt nice to be complimented and asked questions :) I'm definitely not a spotlight person at all but it was neat.

Okay, enough blabbing for now. Tomorrow is CC PP w/ abs. Have a great rest of your day ladies!

Well, I finished Imax 3 blasts and LL. Not as bad as I thought it would be.

Debbie, that's so cool you got complimented at the gym. It is nice to get noticed even if you don't like the limelight. Just did CC PP the other day, I like that workout. It sounds like you had a nice workout today.

Lorie, nice workout today. Get ripped and Imax 3 blasts. Good job. Glad you are feeling good enough to do your workout.

Hi everyone! Happy Monday (ugh!). It sure doesn't feel like the first day of fall here...the high is almost 90 today!!!

I did a 9 mile run today. I did 9 miles in 75 minutes. I think that's the fastest I've done 9 miles. I have gotten faster since i have been incorporating HIIT into my workouts. I think that is what's making me faster. After I finished, I could have easily gone longer.

What is everyone else doing today?
 
Hi All!!!

I just finished L&G and a 20 min fast walk at a full incline. I had planned on iTread 13/30, but I just didn't have it in me today :(

Lorie ~ WOO HOO!!!! Awesome run for you today. I have noticed that my speed is increasing since incorporating HIIT too...nice side effect, eh?
 
Ugh...full incline...did I mention how much I HATE hills?!?!

I really do think my speed and endurance have been increased with HIIT. I did Ripped 1000 today and wasn't even winded during the cardio parts.
