Today I have a long run planned. Not sure how long. Probably somewhere between 7-9 miles. My half is not until Thanksgiving morning (http://www.atlantatrackclub.org/at03000.htm). I run it most years and enjoy it.
Tomorrow, I am planning on doing an HIIT workout and weights (probably full body). I am finally not sore from L&G I did ON WEDNESDAY!!!
