hiit 30/30?

So i just got this wo and love it! I love that its only 30 mins, which is all i have some days. I was thinking of doing it 2-3x a week as well as my cardio and weights wo! IS this to much cardio? I love my c&W for a good total body weight work out. I am trying to loose my post baby weight. thanks
 
2x a week is probably all you should do in the HIIT dept. Your heart needs to recover just like the rest of your body does from a weighted workout and in a way thats what HIIT is for your heart, its like a weighted workout.
