Great news for those of us with injuries sometimes who cannot go real heavy (or need extended breaks from it)! (or those of us who just really love doing Cathe CTX, High Reps etc.!!)
As I mentioned in the comments section of Cathe's blog post, I find this true especially for the smaller/supporting muscles. My hammies however still need heavier loads & pre-fatiguing helps for true strength gains. Of course, our bodies' needs do change over time.
