High step circuit

I admit I have OCD and absolutely have to have everything that Cathe has produced...Which leaves me to the High step circuit DVD. I never see this in any rotation/Mish Mosh or anything else. I'm wanting to do this workout, BUT I don't like to do it straight through as produced, just something about it drives me crazy. Does anyone have any ideas on how to shake this up and give this wo new life???Your thoughts and ideas will be appreciated!

This one doesn't have premixes, right? Does Cathe's Super Nice Voice bug you?? It does sometimes bug me... I guess I'm looking for her to be somewhat meaner or something, LOL... }(

DO you have a treadmill? I do a 5-10 min runs right after each cardio, then I move unto the weights. It makes the workout alot longer but I don't feel as if I am running from one thing to the next.
I think what may drive you crazy is the fact that she moves super quick in this workout. It took me a while to realize what she was doing and I use to have to pause the workout in order to grab my weights or to put my band in place.
Lori:)

Lori, are you talking about the Hardcore High Step workout? I think that one is High Step Challenge. High Step Circuit is an earlier workout, geared to beginner/intermediate exercisers.

I love High Step Challenge! It has a high fun factor for me. Cathe does an excellent job with interval workouts...the reason I spend so much of my money on her workouts!

But you are right, Lori...you need to have your weights/band set up so you can quick grab what you need. MOF, it was this workout that made me invest in a second barbell so I wouldn't have to pause to change weights. I don't go too heavy on leg work but heavy up on back/shoulder work.

The second barbell also gets used by my teenage son so it was a good investment.

What a fabulous idea on the second barbell.
