Just did this for the first time today. I have to say I really like it! Yesterday I did all of Power Hour plus later the Firm's Express Cardio. My quads and pecs were slightly sore this morning, so I wasn't sure I could get a full workout in. But boy, this was perfect!! This is the easiest (for Cathe) Cathe workout I've done so far (I've only been doing Cathe since Dec 7). It was just right for a day that I couldn't give 110%
