High Step Circuit

WOW, I haven't done this workout ( High Step Circuit ) in ages and wasn't even sure I had it and sure enough, I thought oh this will be a nice easy workout. Well I didn't realize it was like a similar version of Boot Camp but what I liked about it was the cardio it wasn't all that jumping and high intensity but yet I didn't use 3# DB's I used 5 & 8#rs so I feel I stepped it up in that portion. Just thought I'd post since I wanted something easier today which I got I guess but also got a GREAT workout in for the time frame, I will be pulling this one out again. So if your in the mood for a boot camp style workout but don't want all the jumping then here you go.

Does any one else like this workout ?

How funny--I did this work out today, too! I wanted a circuit workout, but I didn't want the completely wiped out feeling I had the last time I did High Step Challenge. And I definitely did not feel up to Boot Camp. I thought about Cardio and Weights, but the cardio portion of that is pretty intense, for my level.

So, High Step Circuit it was! You're right, it's a great work out, especially for 50 minutes. I should have tacked on more ab work, but I just didn't want to. :p

I'll reach for this one again, too.

WTG Ann, that is great! And like you I just didn't feel like adding on the extra ab section either after that workout I felt I worked all my muscles. I will also be grabbing for this, to bad we weren't next door to each other we could have worked out together today LOL.
