High Rep/Low Weight Workout?

I've been seeing some good results by mixing up workouts. I'd love to see a high rep/low weight workout with Cathe's aerobic capacity. Something that didn't use the step because that has a tendancy to build up my thighs, even though it's one of my favorite aerobic workouts.

I too would love to see Cathe make a high rep/low weight workout. It seems that she has either moderate or heavy weight but no lighter weight workouts. Would be nice to add it to your rotations.
