High Rep Low Rep

I was thinking it would be a great workout to have high rep, low rep in one workout. For example, you would bench 55-60% of your one rep max for 24 reps, then the next set would take it up to 80-85% for 8 reps, then do 24 reps at the lower weight and 8 reps at the higher weight for a total of 4 sets. I would divide it into 3 workouts just like an STS week or Gym Style.
