Maybe I already told you this I can't remember x( Guillermo Gomez has a new dvd coming out called underground kickbox. You can't watch a video clip just yet I believe it is 40 minutes long and suppose to be advanced I love his style so I can't wait}( I wasn't sure if you were interested but I wanted to let you know. I only have the hardcore kickbox circuit and the quick fix cardio kickbox I love them both the quick I can use to add on to another workout or do all 5 10 minute segments. I love them both I wish I had one more advanced one with janis and guillermo to alternate with cathes I just get so confused when I look at her older ones. I am ordering the new one for sure maybe there will be a new one out soon with them both together}( I hope so.
I do not have the quick fix but I have seen a videoclip in the collage video and I am thinking about buy it.i am thinking about to mixs my cathe kickboxig workouts with the other kickbox workous too.I really loove the last segment of 100 punches in cardio kicks.I loove when cathe says she needs an umbrella.I think that the jannis technique especially in the kicks is better than cathe, she is a kickbox expert, but If I would have to choose I prefer cathe because her intensity, her humour,to see her face when she punchs with that expression of fury motivates me so much.cathe is an incredible woman.I know guillermo gomez has a workout in preorder in ck sales.I will wait for the shpment to see a videoclip of his workout.
