hi, i'm new to the cathe forums. my name is lyna, i'm 19 years old, and i am an amateur female bodybuilder in sanfransico, california. i hope to be in the ms. olympia pro bodybuilding show when i'm older. i heard of the cathe workout videos from my mother who is a dear fan of cathe.
