I figured I'd answer your questions in a seperate post.
1) I love stepping (even more then kickboxing - you'll have to try it if you haven't already). I have Cathe's MIS and PS series and love them also.
2) I have not seen Miller Park except to drive by yet. I do have tickets for a June game and will get a chance to see it then.

Which Cathe Step Videos (or DVDs) do you have?

Hey there!

I just purchased Cathe's Cardio Hits
DVD. I do the 60 min Power Max portion.

You see, I was doing some of Denise Austin's
Videos, the cross trainning portion of her
"Fat Burning Blast" and the entire "Sizzler".
After a year, they get boring. Some how a collage
video catelog came to my place. I bought Cathe's
DVD. It's is waaay more challenging to me.

I lift 5 days a week, and with Denise's videos,
I just couldn't break the 205lb mark (I'm 6' 3"),
I think with Cathe's DVD I'll get there.

What stinks is that recently I pulled something in
my back. I can still lift, and do cardio work, just
can do my ab routine.

So, you like kick boxing hey? My brother (and
a friend) do Billy's Tea Bo tapes. They love them.
For now, I'm sticking with stepping, at least until
I get bored.

Do you weight train or body sculpt at all?

It's neet that I got a exercise pen pal.
