I'd like to request a few things if I may please:
One would be a series similar to Hiit, but with sprinting type of exercises -- to work that muscle group a little more. 4DS has some of these sprint type of workouts in it and I alternate it with Hiit a lot.
Another request would be 30-40 minute total body weight work -- I do the 27 minute Total Body Sculpting (with heavy weight) over and over because I so lack for time right now.
And lastly I'd love to have a 40 minute or so workout that's more of a circuit workout (cardio & weights sort of thing). There's an old workout #4, I believe of the original firms that's a 42 minute total body workout. Because I'm so stressed on time, I find myself doing that over and over, also.
Time just isn't my friend right now and so I'm trying to keep the workouts in, but in 30 -35 m segments. But I'm also an advanced exerciser -- and so the shorter intermediate workouts don't work for me -- they need to be intense it seems.
