Hi Cathe,
Thanks for responding to my message. I really like talking to someone who is a perfessional in Health and Fitness, and who really knows what I'm going through. I have heard from many trainers at gyms and especially my Mom that I should take off at least one day a week off from training and working out, or at least don't do my full workout routine or Gymnastics practice. However, I do like getting second (and third and fourth :) ) opinions from others. I really feel comfortable talking to you because you really understand, and can put yourself in my shoes in a way. I also want to let you know that my Mom secretly bought me 4 of your DVDs (Step w/ Weights, Pyramid Upper Body, Imax 2, and Power Hour) to do at home on days I should just work out for about an hour rather than my 3 and a Half to 4 hours that I normally do everyday, and I can still get a GREAT and AMAZING workout in shorter time! I also enjoy doing your workouts because they're just like gym workouts because you use weights, barbells, and steps, and/or Group Exercise classes (that I even do w/ Mom)like step. But the biggest reason is because I look up to like a role model (almost like I do my Mom)and believe that if you can help men and woman loose weight, inches, and gain a better body and self-esteem, than I KNOW you can help keep me in great shape, and keep my muscles STRONG... and maybe even STRONGER!! I'm sorry I wrote alot and I know your busy so I'll stop here. I'll write less next time.
